Art. 1 Check in/out
Check in is from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. and check out at 10.00 a.m. The payment is due at the check in. The surety is € 25.000 per person that will be given back at the check out.

Art. 2 Breakfast room
The breakfast room is open from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.

Art. 3 Rooms
Whites, toilet paper and hand soap are included. Hot water and electricity are produced by solar and fotovoltaic pannels so it is important to switch off lights, TV and air conditioning when you are out.  Daily cleanings are not incuding but it is possible to pay an extra, € 10.00, for them.

Art. 4 General rules
It is very important to respect all other guests avoiding loud noises especially after 11.00 p.m. It is not allowed to wander undressed. Smoking is not allowed in common areas like corridors and breakfast room. It is not allowed to host other people, alcohol and drugs on the contrary the manager will call the police and ask you to leave the B&B.The client declares to have seen the room and the common areas and have read all the rules and accepted them . If the client needs to leave the room before the end of the stay the manager will not give the money back.
